Experience the distinguished elegance of VICI Cabernet Franc 100%, crafted from the prestigious vineyards of Valle de Uco, Mendoza. Located at an altitude of 1,100 meters, these vineyards thrive in loamy alluvial soils with gravel subsoils and calcareous sediments, offering the ideal conditions for producing premium Cabernet Franc.

Harvest and Vinification:

Our Cabernet Franc grapes are carefully hand-harvested in small 12 kg plastic crates to ensure the highest quality. The vinification process begins with a 5-day cold maceration at 7°C, followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, enhancing the wine's depth and complexity.

Aging:

70% of the wine is aged for 12 months in second and third-use French oak barrels of 225 liters. It then rests in the bottle for an additional 6 months, allowing the flavors to mature and harmonize.

VICI Cabernet Franc 100% boasts a deep color with brilliant purple hues. It offers exceptional varietal typicity with spice notes, delivering an expressive and balanced palate with great complexity from the aging process. The wine is profound and elegant, leaving a long-lasting finish.
