Discover the enchanting allure of VICI Torrontés 100%, a distinguished wine from the high-altitude vineyards of Cafayate, Salta. Nestled at 1,750 meters above sea level, these vineyards benefit from the unique sandy soils, yielding grapes of exceptional quality.

Harvest and Vinification:

Our Torrontés grapes are meticulously hand-harvested in small 12 kg plastic crates. We employ a rigorous double selection process for both clusters and berries to ensure the finest quality. The vinification process is meticulously designed to preserve the freshness and elegance of this varietal. We utilize cold equipment to retain the subtle and delicate characteristics of Torrontés. Fermentation is conducted gently and at controlled temperatures, with 10% of the wine fermenting in concrete eggs to enhance mouthfeel and volume.

Aging:

VICI Torrontés undergoes no barrel aging, maintaining its vibrant freshness and purity.

Tasting Notes:

This wine dazzles with a brilliant crystalline yellow color and subtle greenish reflections. The nose reveals exquisite typicity, with floral notes and citrus hints, particularly orange peel. On the palate, it is refreshingly crisp with a balanced body, offering a fruit-forward and elegant profile.
