Discover the exceptional complexity and elegance of VICI Premium Blend, a masterful combination of 39% Malbec, 50% Merlot, 8% Syrah, and 3% Cabernet Franc. Sourced from the esteemed vineyards of Valle de Uco, Mendoza, at an altitude of 1,100 meters, these grapes thrive in loamy alluvial soils with gravel subsoils and calcareous sediments, perfect for cultivating premium wine.

Harvest and Vinification:

Our grapes are hand-harvested in small 12 kg plastic crates to ensure the utmost quality. The vinification process starts with a 5-day cold maceration at 7°C, followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, enhancing the wine's complexity and depth.

Aging:

70% of the wine is aged for 12 months in second and third-use French oak barrels of 225 liters. It then rests in the bottle for an additional 6 months, allowing the flavors to mature and harmonize.

Tasting Notes:

VICI Premium Blend presents a deep, intense violet-red color. The nose is complex, offering aromas of red and black fruits with hints of pepper. On the palate, it reveals round, balanced tannins, resulting in an elegant and persistent wine.
